Good but ...
The app is very good and easy to use
But there is sum bugs need to be fixed
1- face ID doesn’t work
It recognizes my face but doesn’t fill the user and password and I need to enter them manually every time.
2- food menu doesn’t work at all and we can’t order food in the app.
Bad experience
Although we are frequent members me and my wife, and we usually reserve either theater or max , this time the movie we chose was at standard, honestly it was the worst experience, movie was at 1:05 am the guys told us while ordering kitchen closed and non of the healthy food was available for my wife to order not even smoothie, and when I ordered the large size popcorn mixed cheese and salt, I figured out when I went inside that it was only salt, over and above 2 bachelors guys where taking our place in the premium family, after movie started we couldn’t even stay in our place because there was a horrible smell so we had to leave.
That was really disappointing, it was the worst experience we ever had in VOX.

Stole my money
I ordered food & drinks. My order was not confirmed, but the money was deducted from my bank account. I contacted the call center and they told me that there is no order for food and drinks. And they told me to order again and contact customer support so they can return my money. I contacted them three times and they never replied until I told them the third time legal actions will take place. They saif that there was an order comfirmation andy money was apparently not going to be returned. Thankfully I have all the proof to press legal actions for this issue.
