Everything about the app is perfect except one thing which is the price, i really hope you guys lower the price for the rides i mean really a 20 min trip in lux cost 9 kD thats not acceptable. Hope you take my note in consideration.Thanks.
Riders abusing app policy

Rider reached location of pickup then started making up excuses wanting me to cancel from my side luckily i couldn’t cancel from my side so he called an agent to cancel the ride, telling the agent that i (myself) want to cancel. (keep in mind i waited for 2:30 hours) After checking in the app 1KD got deducted from my wallet for the rider’s inconvenience. I spoke to an agent about this that i didn’t know 1KD would be deducted from me for cancellation, if i knew i would have told him don’t cancel. So the agent that i spoke to said it is the app’s policy and he can’t do something about it. The app’s policy gives riders the advantage of reaching pickup location of an item and cancelling before delivering an item to me, which then i will pay 1KD. After getting 1KD the rider pretty much could take an order from the same place he is in. That just doesn’t make sense and not very good of a policy they got here.

I didn’t enjoy this car. I paid 26 kd. To have luxury New model Bentley Sedan. It’s a treat for my guest coming from abroad. Only to find out I was sent 4 years old Bentayga, and it smells old inside not nice smell at all. The car looks old. I asked the driver where is the new sedan Bentley, he told me this better for the bag. We had only one bag. What made him assume we need a bus for the luggage. Wiyak which is owned by Automak company. I am not surprise of this service once I realised they are owned by Automak. Bad reputation can bring business down.

I want to share my experience with the wiyak application’s customer service. After I requested a service and the driver arrived, they informed me that they only accepted KNET or Visa card payments, which I wasn’t told beforehand. This wasn’t my fault at all, and it led to unexpected deductions that I wasn’t prepared for. Overall, it was a frustrating experience because the app’s team didn’t communicate this payment method limitation in advance, and I felt pretty let down by their support.
