I don't know what to tell but this is the second time i order something online and pay and nothing to be delivered and they don't call for apologize for this mistakes in the online about the stock they tell me we will refund you the money back after 7 to 10 days means if i bought something expensive and waiting for it i wont have it and they say even i found it in the show room they cant give it to me like if it is not the same company not the same stores , is this my problem as a customer i trust xcite anyway i took decision not to order online again i cant trust them anymore

Honestly absolutely terrible experience every single time I’ve used the app or even visited the store to purchasing anything. However most recently, they missed items from my online purchase , they didn’t even know they were missing or that I even ordered them, thank god I took a screenshot. After numerous calls for 2 straight weeks, with them constantly saying they’d get back to us, let us know what happened or will email us, we received 0 feedback. It wasn’t a small order either. No one that works there knows what to do or how to handle anything, they just keep telling you they’ll get back to you with and don’t. Finally after telling them we’d file a legal complaint against them they decided to do something about it. Anyways deleted the app and no longer will shop at this store again. It’s been one too many times already. Do not recommend at all. Go to best or eureka, they’re cheaper anyways with better service.

They are decieving you When u buy a product online (2 pieces) and it was the last two pieces in offer then after u apply and pay for this , after 3 days they cancel you order and do not call u to inform why cancelled. Only sending a recorded mail that product out of stock which really i dont trust as it was available when i applied then out of stock after payment. Even they may control the application so as u cant pickup the product. And when u call service center they are trying to tell u lies not the truth and if u want to register a complain they will try to push u not to do that. Lastly u have to wait until they have their free time to send u ur money after 2 weeks , so u lost the product that u may look for it and u have to look for ur money. Something wrong is happening with online services!!!!

The worst online app ever

They are deceiving & not telling the truth. I ordered online through the app & waited 2 months & I have no idea what is the status of my order. I called the customer services many times, the time they answered, which is miracle to happen, they just sent a request for you & that’s it. No one get in contact with you later to update you about your order. It’s easy to place the order because money transaction is easy; the hell is to get what you placed your money for. Your time is really wasted just tracking your order. I haven’t encountered such a humiliating experience in my life. They are taking customers lightly with no integrity or professionalism. Bad online app, bad customer services, worst experience ever.
