Excellent Service

I have been using Zain from the time it was established. Never had any issues till date.

Network issues

I’m using zain sim very long time ago and July 29th 2024 i was activated new plan that time i was facing my network issues “ the issue is I'm facing all the time i was losing my 5g network and i did complain about it with support team and they are contacted me and fix it after that one hour my network 5g I lost it again “ this problem has been resolved. i was contacting again and again but they can fix it properly and i lost my 7.5kd just one new plan!- this is my worst experience with zain sim and now I'm thinking about going to port my sim to Ooredo My opinion for the new users when you’re going to install this service just think about it and make sure your money is safe to be use zain

Took big amount of my money without recharging my line.

I need a -4 stars, to give them a fair rate.
It’s my first time ever to get a line from zain. I paid online 10 kd in their app to recharge my line, I received a msg right away from my bank account that they took 10 kd. When I called the customer service they denied that paid! And in the app my balance is “ 0.00 “ !!
I still have the proof in my bank account that they Zain’s app stole my money, so I’m not gonna let this go.
The customer service is really bad, and the app will steal your money and deny it even tho you have a proof.
