Having problem in playing this game

Hello,I wanted you to know that I can not play this game because of this glitch. The glitch is that I can enter even after I redownloded this game,as usual it start with how to play but after that it just exit the app I don’t know that if am I only go though this but plz fix this.
And I had played this game I honestly like it so much it is truly entertaining so plz fix this.

Not balanced

No balance and it will be boring by the time, nix takes all the legendary items even when he is low level ,second there is no campaign or team vs boss only team death match and the problem is the levels are way different for example player with level 6 vs team with level 12+ and the developers only focusing on getting money instead developing the game, making new characters doesn't mean the game will be fun instead it will make it boring especially with the new update changes that each character need a development. If the developers want to make this game alive they should change the objectives of the game. The daily quests change be changed and barrel item should be removed and the points should be giving by the damage they player made in the game. But i know my review will be useless to the developers. Anyway thank you for your time

Pay to win game / extremely hard to get characters

I’m sick of this game being more pay to win than having skill. Like for example if there’s a level 20 player he will win even if he is so bad unlike a player who has a lot of skill but he’s character is level 12 he will lose when there’s a higher leveled player against him.
On top of that it’s sooo hard to get new characters and good items without paying money on the game like if a kids playing the game he can’t buy gems so its so hard to get characters. I have been playing the game for more than 4 years now and I only have 18 characters out of 40 something unlike brawl stars for example it’s easy to get characters so it makes the game more fun . Hope you see this zooba
