Description
澳門街坊會聯合總會屬下的澳門“平安通”呼援服務中心於2009年3月23日投入服務，主要提供24小時全年無休緊急呼援服務，使用者可在有需要時，透過簡單方便的一鍵式按鐘求助方式，以獲得即時回應和支援，對象為獨居長者、年邁夫婦、長期病患者及其他有需要人士。因應服務需要，中心於2018年12月起新增"戶外平安通"服務，對象優先惠及失智症長者、智障人士及有需要人士，服務由居家延伸至戶外，增加戶外定位功能及戶外協尋服務，並與多個政府部門、巴士公司及團體制定協尋機制，讓使用者可積極參與社會，也大大減輕家人的壓力。除緊急支援外，使用者亦可查詢生活所需資訊及尋求生活支援服務，中心因應使用者情況提供轉介或直接支援服務，例如申請及預約復康巴士、街坊車、家居照顧及支援服務、家居安全評估、家居水電維修等服務。
