Version 1.2.0
1、增加“超高障碍物”图层管理。
2、提交新增障碍物的操作记录界面。
3、提交新增障碍物管理界面。
4、提交数据应可以查看及编辑功能。
5、新增障碍物拍照后本地存储图片。
6、修复定位偏移。
7、新建或修改障碍物时，“建设情况”修改成勾选项“已建、在建中、拆降中、已降、已拆”。“航空障碍物灯”修改成勾选项“有、无”。
