Best food app
Menus are clear and accurate. The app is easy to use and my food is always delivered on time and order correct! If im not using Bento, im not ordering in.
Food experience & service
We ordered Indian food from GATEWAY OF INDIA Restaurant, through BENTO.

3. Seafood curry
4. Channa masala, no rice instead garlic naan.
5. 1 Garlic naan.
6. 2 Sprits.
Chicken 65 & chicken tikka doesn't have any flavour & the taste. It has a lot of food colors. After reporting this to the bento helpdesk agent threw WhatsApp, he said,
(Hi, sorry that you were not expecting that, however, as the picture provided in the app when you ordered it, shows the chicken like you received.) as the helpdesk agent says about food color, we can see that the food color was on garlic naan also.
We ordered Seafood curry, which has only shrimp & fish! The fish was raw & doesn't have any taste, We don't know what kind of fish they’re using for seafood curry. The Bento menu also doesn't tell you what seafood will be in the curry. It’s very important to specify what seafood will be in the curry! We were expecting a mix of SEAFOOD.
Channa masala comes with rice, we clearly mentioned during the order “no rice-instead garlic naan”, but we didn't receive garlic naan.
The overall food taste was a blend, except for channa masala & garlic naan.
The food experience was not up to taste.

Quick, Efficient and Friendly
The Bento app displays the menu for all the restaurants the company has partnered with in a very user-friendly fashion. Once one decides what to order and where from, the payment process is quick and easy. An additional feature that I like is that I can choose to track my food delivery.
On route, delivery specialists keep the food in a warm bag which adds to the experience of having food straight from the restaurant’s kitchen. In my opinion the delivery persons are always friendly and kind when they deliver food.
I enjoy using this service!
