This application uses 15 different formulas to calculate your training zones properly. You can choose between formulas based on:
1. Maximal Heart Rate
2. Lactate threshold
3. Maximal and resting heart rate

App enables fast and easy recalculation of your training zones when your training level increases during season and your form improves.

3, Metody oparte na tętnie maksymalnym i spoczynkowym.
