Version 2.3.0

Stargazer 2.3.0 update fixes the following issues:
- Fixed font size issue
- Modified trace info color highlight Imagine's color
- Fixed Wrap Analysis Function incorrect wrap counts
- Fixed SP Rate larger than 200% issue
- 2.3 Resources Update
- Translation updates

Finally, I've just let my studies being stable recently, and it is time to deal with all the problems I have accumulated.
