App is good but

No option to disable annoying push notifications like in any other app

Awful Experience

There isn't much interesting movies. Cancelling the subscription and getting your money refunded is unnecessarily difficult. They took my money for a renewal, but didn't even send me a receipt or confirmation that it was renewed. Instead I got an email saying that the renewal "failed", yet they still took my money. Refunding on itself was also stupid, instead of making it a simple cancel and refund, you have to talk to an AI Chatbot who doesn't even understand more than 2 words, so you are forced to wait until someone human takes over. They were also very late with my refund, It took them almost 3 weeks to refund. Awful experience, predatory app

Various movies and shows are not available

Even though some certain cinematography pieces were to have access to in fall 2022 , for some reason those become unavailable, which disappoints me a lot. Another reason for my low rate for the app is that many shows are only accessible in dubbed versions and not in original. I am certainly not fulfilled with kinopoisk.
