I want to make a refund because I wasn't going to purchase a subscription. I am now in a very difficult situation, the money that was debited from my card has caused my tears, because I can't pay for the apartment now, besides I am experiencing financial difficulties. i have requested refund from Apple support and cannot receive my money back. please help to solve this issue. Apple is not considering my case as it should be refunded. I have subscribed to it by mistake. And cancelled it right after subscription. Please help.

I can only recommend this app!!! The best for working with fonts💓
Also if it possible could you please add function that you can turn the font by the shape of circle or other geometric shape🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
