扁担圈是以快递代收代寄+新零售为主题的社区服务平台。以“发现便捷生活”为核心服务理念，将打造辐射本地社区生活、快递末端服务、智能零售、电商cps等板块，是一款覆盖用户生活的APP。目前扁担圈APP已经上线了扁担码取件和扁担惠省钱。用户可在扁担圈app中查询包裹到达的驿站点和取件码。可申请一键取件。驿站操作人员收到申请取件消息后帮其出库。该工具为消费者提供无接触取件业务，用户可以进行相关快递查询、取件，提高效率。
1、一键取件
用户可在包裹到达驿站后，在去驿站的路上或到达驿站时点击一键取件。驿站操作人员收到推送后，帮其出库，提供、快捷、安全、无接触、方便的服务
2、家庭取件
父母年纪大。拿不动重物。亲戚不在家，帮其拿件。绑定亲友关系。随时随地帮对方拿件。
3、扫码查件
用户可以使用扁担圈app扫描功能去扫描驿站二维码。从而查询当前所在此驿站共有多少个包裹。
