I can't find it in any way

The app itself is great, but a major flaw is how it kicks me out of my account every so often, with me having to create a new account each time because the verification for the removal of restriction is IMPOSSIBLE to do, since nothing works. The codes to verify whatever log in you’re using work, and then after that, whatever way you try to verify your identity just simply, does not work. I’ve contacted support about this issue, they said they would call me and send me an email within 48 hours. That never came. It’s tiring, very frustrating and annoying, as this is a shopping app— my shopping cart is important! Yet with this problem, it becomes hard to even find things you like. Everything i was planing to buy is scattered, if i wanted to purchase them ( and succeed) i would have to search for everything AGAIN. Do you see how this is an issue? Now imagine experiencing this multiple times..
