Ash is completely free to download and try free for 7 days. Ash Premium is a $29.99 USD/year subscription that provides access to our entire collection of templates updated monthly. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. This subscription auto-renews at the end of each year term at $29.99. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

My girlfriend’s child installed this application without my knowledge, and he told me that he did not know anything about a paid subscription. In fact, I think he tried to cancel it, but did not figure out how.
It was a mistake, I did not give permission for this payment and found out about it only now! The transaction took place only this morning, less than half a day has passed (the traditional deadline for refunding funds from the App Store is 90 days, as far as I know). I did not use this program, this is not some trick.
Please help me refund and cancel my subscription. I’m just a student, and I don’t have much money, and this application is very expensive, I would never renew my subscription for a year, I don’t have that kind of money

Thank you for the review. We're sorry to hear that you had such an issue. The application does not charge payments if you are not subscribed to the Premium. If you have subscribed to the free trial period and have not canceled it, the payment will be debited from your account after the trial period ends, and then will rebill automatically according to your subscription plan.

Hello, my little sister downloaded that application in December 2019 and (I guess) bought I year subscription without my permission and knowledge and she deleted that application in that moment. Without using any free trial or something. I recognize it today when it took money from my account. I have never been used application. Please could you cancel my subscription and send money back.

Charged a payment for 1 year on the 1st day of free trial
Hello,
The app itself is very nice and good, but it charged me a 1 year payment on the first day of trial week?! However, in description says it should be charged once the trial week ends! Could you help me to get my money back, please? It happened just now and I did not use the app yet. If I cancel the subscription today, can I refund the payment???

Hi! We're sorry for the trouble. Still, according to Apple, users can only try the app once for free. If you have tried it before, you will be charged immediately.
