Where is my order?! I cant find it
There are just ALL the questions of the world, but the question is why the order is not tracked, of course not, THANK YOU! The service is terrible, I won't order any more! I don't want to worry!The parcel is not tracked, no company can find it, I spent $ 340 and I don't know where the parcel is, it was lost or stolen, and there is nowhere to ask, because there is nowhere to write, and no one will answer you, I'm from Kazakhstan, maybe it's not a lot of money for Europe, but it's big for us!! I expected more, it's very sad(((
I'm leaving in a couple of weeks and I don't know what to do, because these things were bought for the trip, it's sad that the frivolous attitude to countries that are abroad is such a problem not only for me but also for my sisters and friends
Give me back my money.
I know that this online store is one of the best yet they don't even send any apologies to me.I haven’t got my parcel which I bought from them 3-4 months ago. I always look for it and check its tracking but it is still in one place “Deutsche Post”. I have had enough. I am sorry but I want my money back.
Good store
It is so easy to shop with this online store. Site is quite flexible and intuitively understandable. It cares about customers especially with sizes and searches. There are always lots of sale offerings. And the last feature of scanning your card makes it even more comfortable for those lazy guys like me;)
