Badge(notification counter) can’t be removed
Problem: badge with unread notification counter can’t be removed After big UI redesign, there is no such a section in menu, to open and read all notifications, so that the badge upon app icon would be removed. Version: 4.0.8 Please fix it. If there is a way to reach notifications now for me as a user, please show me a path

Why?
Very inconvenient app. My current phone number is no longer accessible, and the app doesn’t allow registration with a new number. Even though I enter my IIN and verify myself via Face ID, the system still doesn’t recognize me. The lack of such a basic feature is a serious flaw. Having to visit the bank in person just to register again is unacceptable in 2025.

You will be able to log in to the mobile application after changing your phone number at the bank branch. We would like to point out that authorized users can change their phone number online.
