It was better before
After updating the app there is no information about my loan, maybe it somewhere there, but I can’t find it. Transfer and payment are right there and where is loans’ info?
Perfect
The app itself among all the other bank apps in Kazakhstan is the best so far. I have been using it for a relatively short time around a year, and it was nothing but pleasure. I even stoped using kaspi mega app

Non-functionality of critical features
The "Forgot your password?" button is non-functional and leads to a placeholder that instructs users to contact the bank office.
In other words, a company that positions itself as a serious bank has published an app in the AppStore with non-working critical functionality.
I don't understand how the app was approved for publication, as such placeholders are explicitly prohibited by AppStore rules.
