I have spent 10 years helping my clients build stronger, flexible and resilient bodies so they are better prepared for the physical demands of daily life and/ or their personal practice/ sporting interests. Now I am really happy to be able to share my passion for a healthy sustainable movement practice with more people. My classes will give you the knowledge and support to unlock your body power. I will help you to restore or reach your physical practice goals; there is movement for everybody - no matter what your current ability is.

Body Flex by Alex Niño is for you if you want to:
- balance in a handstand
- loosening up your spine/ deepen your backbends
- unlock your hips/ achieve front or straddle splits
- reduce risk of injury
- develop a practice that you can maintain and won’t result in burnout or injury
- progress to intermediate/ advanced skills like Handstand Press and Scorpion.

On the Body Flex app you join me live for 3 classes per week so we can train together!
