Point of Freedom has partnered with Cleveland professional therapists, recovery agencies and wellness practitioners to offer you an innovative and exciting web application for you during your journey.
BreakFree Cle contains a personal journal for you to write and reflect on your experience, links to community resources throughout Northeast Ohio, links to yoga, meditation and breathwork videos and a list of positive affirmations to further affirm your success throughout this journey.
