Bunpo offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription and an auto-renewing yearly subscription to provide you with unlimited access to the Bunpo courses while you maintain an active subscription.
These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.

Dear Bunpo team, I’m really looking forward for your help.
I have a big problem, I paid for a subscription in the app and it shows that I haven't paid, but the money was written off from me, can you help me? Because I want to take a lesson, but it's closed, although I paid for it! Can you activate the subscription or return my money back to me?
I would be grateful for your response and I’ll be waiting.

Issues with reveiw
Dear Bunpo Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report an issue I’ve been experiencing with the app.
Whenever I try to use the review feature, the count remains at zero, and the app crashes consistently. I have attempted troubleshooting steps (e.g., restarting the app, reinstalling it, and ensuring my device software is up to date), but unfortunately, nothing has resolved the problem.
I rely on Bunpo for my language learning, and this issue has significantly impacted my ability to review and progress. I’d greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and let me know if there’s anything further I can do on my end.

The best I ever had.
Easy and comprehensible language. I really love it so far. I’m only on beginner. Tried duolingo, lingodeer and other apps, and I decided to stick to this one. Love it❤️
