1. **Message Restriction on Closed Tickets**
- The system now prevents sending messages in rooms where the associated ticket has been closed. This helps to maintain organized communication and ensures no updates are missed on closed issues.
2. **Ticket Reopening Capabilities**
- Tickets can now be reopened by either the subscriber or a manager. This adds flexibility and allows for efficient handling of cases that need to be revisited.
3. **Multiple Categories and Products in Articles**
- Articles can now be associated with multiple categories and products. This enhancement allows for better content organization and more precise searchability.
