Hi there! Currently, WeTransfer and Collect are completely independent services with their own functionalities that might not work in the same ways that you may expect. Right now, only a Collect account can be used to sign into this mobile app.
If you'd like to log into WeTransfer on your mobile device, you can always go to wetransfer.com on any mobile browser to enjoy the classic WeTransfer service you've already signed up for.
Disappointing
New files not uploading within days even though the internet connection is speedy and stable enough. App freezes/crashes every now and then, randomly logging out, which causes the loss of some uploads and then it takes forever for the previously uploaded files to appear/become available again. The user experience is getting worse and worse, seriously considering switching back to Google drive exclusively.

Can’t access my data after updating
I’ve updated my we transfer and now I can’t open it, it keeps throwing me off without letting me enter the app. It is sad because I have a lot of saved files.
