Il Comunic@ENS è un servizio volto a facilitare la comunicazione tra sordi e udenti, consolidato in un moderno ambiente comunicativo multimediale.
Si tratta di un contact center, promosso ed inaugurato agli inizi del 2012 dal Consiglio Regionale ENS Piemonte con il supporto della Regione Piemonte, che consente di mettere in comunicazione persone sorde e udenti, grazie all'utilizzo delle nuove tecnologie e alla mediazione di un esperto della Lingua dei Segni Italiana.
La persona sorda che necessita di contattare un udente e/o viceversa, invia una richiesta all’operatore del Comunic@ENS, il quale a sua volta presta la sua voce, affinché la comunicazione possa avvenire, nonché svolgersi in modo scorrevole e autonomo.
