It should be finalized

Notifications are sent according to the time zone of the earthquake epicenter. It should be possible to receive notifications according to the time zone of the user's place of residence.

Disappointing Performance

First and foremost, the primary function of the app - to provide timely earthquake notifications - has been consistently delayed. Instead of receiving notifications promptly, I've noticed a significant lag of up to half an hour. This delay defeats the purpose of having such an app, as timely alerts are crucial in emergency situations.

Moreover, I find it particularly disappointing that I have paid for this app, expecting reliable and timely earthquake notifications, only to be met with subpar performance. Considering the app's shortcomings, I believe it is only fair to request a refund for my purchase.

addition

The earthquake notification arrived 20 minutes after the event, which is an absolute failure of using this application to receive notifications at the time of the event, I bought it to receive notifications at least a couple of seconds before it happens, the purchase is not justified
Also, the list of events indicates the actual time of the event and not when the application added it, which is a concealment of the time of its own negligence

Please fix these problems as soon as possible
