Great buyer’s app!

I don’t use this app so much anymore at all but ordered an item two days ago and paid for it. Next morning I saw the seller cancelled the order stating there was an issue with my address. In a direct message the seller wrote the price and the delivery cost were wrong and the item really cost 25 euro more and 10 more euro for shipping. The seller said something went wrong with the app. I asked he still honor the transaction as it felt like such a wrong thing to happen - to just have your order cancelled like this and for the seller to ask for more money if I still wanted the item. I contacted the eBay and although the said they would monitor the seller, there was nothing they could do for me and that in future it would be better if I contacted the seller before I made the purchase to make sure the delivery cost was correct. I asked if I should contact the seller before the purchase to make sure the price was correct too. So yes, very sad experience. I didn’t receive the item, I lost five euros because my bank used different currency conversion rates when charging my card and when the refund came, I was insulted by the seller and eBay stop answering my emails.
The heaven for crooks and frauds
Ebay is not a safe place for buying any item! Dear buyear please be aware that you might be a victim of any seller who is no difference of fraudsters. A week ago I bought a wireless earbuds and paid the buyer in full. But the seller without warning me refunded. However, I did not have my full payment but for $2.15 less. I wrote and wrote to Ebay Customer Help. Apart from their “we are sorry” No actions Nor intentions from their side to help & protect the buyer. The seller itahada-4 is an irresponsible seller - I am sure he is a crook and fraud. Beware of such sellers on Ebay and the support team even won’t budge to help you!
