Приложение eGov Mobile позволяет использовать ЭЦП максимально удобно:
eGov Mobile дает возможность привязать имеющийся ЭЦП к 4-х значному PIN коду и встроенной биометрии вашего устройства (Face ID, Touch ID). Один раз привязав ЭЦП к PIN коду и биометрии вы можете не отвлекаться на выбор ЭЦП и ввод пароля каждый раз при авторизации и получении услуг.
Получение услуг через eGov Mobile стало удобнее. Мы не просто переносим новые услуги в новое приложение, а полностью переосмысливаем сами услуги. Вам не придется вводить ваши же данные при получении услуг, данные будут автоматически заполняться из личного кабинета eGov.

ЭЦП старого стандарта останутся действительны до окончания их срока действия и будут доступны для авторизации и подписания.
Friends, in this update, we have made important changes:
We have transitioned to the new GOST 2015 standard for issuing digital signatures, but the key issuance process remains the same. Now, instead of two types of signatures (AUTH_ for authorization and RSA_ for signing), only one will be issued. Digital signatures of the old standard will remain valid until their expiry and will be available for authorization and signing.

I never thought I’m gonna speak so highly of something government provided :))
We don’t give enough credit for this app. Of course, there is always room for improvement but for people who are familiar with other countries e-government systems, Kazakhstan egov is the best so far. I had an unpleasant experience getting all government related papers set in other countries and egov in Kazakhstan is significantly faster and more efficient than anywhere else I have seen. Even for the most unexperienced users the call-centre provided specifically for egov is really helpful. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

Services are on the top level, comfortable to use. As far as I don’t have my documents with myself I can bring up my electronic ones to show, really happy that we have this kind of opportunity nowadays!
