Eleven E-Scooter Sharing is a convenient and fun way to ride around the city. Simply download the app, find and unlock an e-scooter nearby and go!
Use Eleven for:
• getting from metro to your office or home
• rides with your family and friends
• exploring the city on a sunny weekend
• showing your foreign friends around the city
• any short-distance rides in the city centre
How it works:
• Open the Eleven App and find a scooter nearby.
• Scan the QR code on the handlebar to unlock the scooter.
• Put on a helmet, kick off and press the throttle. Enjoy your ride!
• When arrived, park the scooter wherever convenient – no need to look for special parking stations
• That’s it!

Too Expensive/ Way Overpriced
Scooters are good, but prices are expensive. Sometimes it is cheaper to get a business-class taxi instead of using their scooters. And it is always cheaper to get a comfort-class taxi. Therefore from an economic point of view using these scooters is irrational.

We use this money to develop the service: we buy new scooters, pay for the work of drivers and mechanics, charge, wash and repair scooters. We are trying to make the service more accessible, however, for now a number of technical restrictions do not allow us to reduce the cost of travel.
Very expensive
Anytime car sharing is cheaper 🤦🏼♂️ speed is slow, starts accelerating very late.

Pricing is a combination of many factors. We are not competitors of car sharing or taxi services and we position scooter sharing as an ecological and fast way to travel in a big city.
