Awful

Google maps is not the best choice of this app. Our office in the centre of the city and the app couldn’t find location from one room but finds on another (you have to seek best location in one building going room by room because other way your favourite restaurant doesn’t appear in the app)

fake promocodes / ужасный сервис / промокоды не работают

Awful service. Given promo-codes don’t work.

I was provided with two promocodes. One for free delivery and another one for 1000 bonus for making two orders but apparently I’m not able to use them since in their system I have another account which is Not True at all. And it’s all because my sister who has a separate phone, email, phone number used my credit card just to check on registering a card which has been immediately removed after she’s done.

When I contacted Support service first time I was given with fake excuses that the promocodes are only for one week and they’re expired and second time they just said “Sorry it’s technical issues with the platform”.

Made me feel like I’m a fraud or something. Don’t recommend. Awful service.

Они как бы подарили промокоды (на беспл. доставку и за второй заказ бонусы), но я ими не могу воспользоваться, якобы мой аккаунт дублируется у них в системе. И все потому что моя сестра однажды воспользовалась моей карточкой для своего аккаунта. Хотя у нее свой тел. номер, почта, телефон.

В службе поддержки нагло врут придумывая какие-то правила. Сначала сказали что промокод действует только неделю и срок его истек, хотя этот промокод я получил только три дня назад, во второй раз начали ссылаться на технические неполадки.

Отнеслись как к мошеннику. Ужасный сервис.

Terrible attitude to customers | Ужасное отношение клиентам

I made an order, chose a restaurant, and after placing and debiting funds, I immediately canceled the order, it was written in the application that the refund would be processed within a few days, but the funds were never returned, in support at Glovo they wrote that they could not return the funds and the money was gone to the institution and just sent me to hell, in support with no useful people at all, as bots answer, maybe they are bots, in the end there is no order and the money was not returned

Делал заказ, выбрал ресторан и после оформления и списания средств сразу же отменил заказ, в приложении написано было что возврат средств будет обрабатываться в течении нескольких дней, но средства так и не вернули, в поддержке в Glovo написали что не могут вернуть средства и деньги ушли в заведение и просто послали меня куда подальше, в поддержке вообще без полезные люди сидят как боты отвечают может они и боты и есть, в итоге и заказа нет и деньги не вернули
