This VPN was initially good, but not anymore

After using this VPN on paid-subscription for 11 months now, I can say this VPN is currently not what it used to be. Overall, I really like the design and interface. However, the app performance has been disappointing in the past couple of months. Before, the connectivity and stability were flawless. Now, if I manage to get the app loading and connecting to a server - it’s an exception rather than the rule. I communicated the issues I was experiencing to the support team, but received no meaningful assistance. Will I be renewing my subscription? No, I will not, unless they get a grip on stability issues. As of now, whoever is responsible for this is not a good job.

Connectivity issues are fixed with the new version, please update to the latest version and select servers from there. If you have continuing problems please send us diagnostics within the app and we would be glad the give you further support. We apologize for the inconvenience.
