I’m writing you in order to complain about recently money transfer from my credit card. My little sister, who is weak-minded (she’s suffering from Alzgeimer disease), used my phone without my permission. Evidently, she downloaded your application and bought the subscription in order to access the internet. I saw it today when i received the bill by message- minus 9 490 KZT from my card. The annual subscription was bought by my sick sister, and i didn’t know about it. Please help me to return my money, because each cent is very important for our family, and it is a big loose for us.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you, and hope you will help us to return our money. Please do not disregard my letter..

Hello. I would like to submit a complaint. I changed the phone and downloaded new app as I thought and got offered free trial while I was checking what subscription offers there are. And I agreed on free trial while seems like my click was on one year. And when I found out I got immediately charged for full year I tried to apply for a refund, but I couldn’t do it since the app didn’t give me free trial. According to them I used the app long ago and got free trial and enjoyed the app, so they don’t give me free trial now, even though I got offered free trial again in the app and chose it. After checking my old purchase history I remembered I downloaded the app, chose one month subscription, understood the app doesn’t work well in my country, and decided not to use the app. So according to the app support team I supposed to remember all VPNs I used and remember did they give me free trials before, since they don’t give free trials twice. Just offers it every time you open the app. Usually I see which apps I used since it gets downloaded from the cloud, but on the new phone it looked like as a new app. So after all, I have minus 500rmb, and my unwilled one year subscription was even cancelled and doesn’t work. And app doesn’t work well in the country I am) I hope you can help me to deal with this situation

With this I can finally access to some Google docs which are not opening in my country for some reason :/. But with this I can do whatever I want and continue my work on iPhone!
