Feel beautiful from the inside-out with the girls of Team K, all professional dancers from the world's biggest cabarets. The beautiful Kalon app features Kalon Barre®, Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, Heels Dance and more.
The app membership gives you access to hundreds of VOD classes created and led by professional dancers and elite coaches from the worlds' most iconic cabarets, to sculpt your body like a dancer, without needing to be one.
Classes range from 5 to 45 minutes, and are all filmed in beautiful venues, studios and locations around the world, to truly immerse yourself into the fun and glamorous world of Team K.
Select your class according to your level, duration, the area of the body you want to focus on, and your favourite coaches.
Classes are available in English and French.
