Improvements & Enhancements:
Join Conversation Privilege: The "Join Conversation" option is now available only if the user has the Privileges .
Private Messaging Restriction: Agents can now send private messages only if the feature is enabled for the account.
Return to Queue Enhancements:
The "Return to Queue" option is now available only if the conversation is not already in the queue.
The "Return to Queue" option is now restricted to users with the privilege.
Consumer Information: Tapping on the Conversation ID now copies it to the clipboard.
Bearer Token Refresh: The system now periodically refreshes the bearer token to maintain session security.
Conversation Filters:
Privilege checks have been added to filters to ensure proper access control.
Filters are now saved only after they have been applied.
Conversation Status Filtering: The "All Conversations" filter now defaults to showing both Open and Closed conversation statuses.

Bug Fixes:
Toasts and Notifications: Missing toasts and notifications have been added.
Scroll Down Button: The scroll-down button on the chat screen is now functional.
Keyboard Issues:
The keyboard no longer covers the send and attachment buttons.
Pop-ups are no longer pushed up by the keyboard.
The keyboard now closes after saving a note, and the input field is no longer focused automatically.
Login & Password Fields: Caps lock is now disabled by default when starting to type in the login and password fields.
Offline Mode: Resolved an issue where offline mode was triggering auto-logout unexpectedly.
My Conversations Filter: Corrected the filtering in "My Conversations" to show only those conversations where the logged-in user is an Assigned Agent or Agent Manager, excluding those where the user's role is READER.
UI and Accessibility:
Resolved color issues on the Conversation page.
Improved accessibility colors for the Light theme.
