Subscription Terms:
– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

They wrote off money, didn’t use the application
They offered a free subscription and wrote off 14,900 tenge. I didn't use the application, the refund was rejected, return my money!

A very bad application, without warning me, they wrote off a one-year amount of money for a subscription and do not return it

Hi! This situation is impossible because as soon as you click on the "Try it for free" button, a standard Apple window appears where you see all the detailed information about the selected subscription - the validity period and cost, as well as the period from which the subscription starts. Only after you confirm the subscription is it activated. It's also important to note that Apple is fully responsible for the chargeback, unfortunately, we cannot solve problems related to payment on our side, so you should contact them directly with a request for a refund.
