Problems with registration
I had LoungeKey app before, but my card had expired, so I tried to change it in application - not allowed, and I decided to delete the app and pass the registration from the beginning. And for now I made 12 attempts to register and still error 404…

Never works
I am a premium card owner for over 10 years by now, but at the beginning I struggled with registration of the card, not I struggle with editing the card details, because the previous one expired. I am a premium client of the forte bank Kz, bank manager keeps saying that he contacted you and you just ignored his request, saying that I should register as a new client. Your system does not allow it, because it says that the owner of the card is already registered. Such a fun, such a useless application and service

Bad experience
In 2024 the app still doesn’t use apple ID but regularly resets session so you need in rush remembering your password when you come to lounge and want to enter
