THE GAME'S STORY IS set in a hotel tucked away in one of the most beautiful locations in the Alps. But the happy adventure quickly reverses. The tale begins when one of the guests goes missing, and it is not long before other strange events start to occur.
THE MAIN PROTAGONIST, Anna Myers, is a journalist from Zurich who wants to spend her holidays in a quiet and peaceful hotel. But now Anna must end her holiday and find the answers! With each new day the story thickens, and Anna must decide which one of the ten Mystery characters could be the killer.

Issue with energy
The game is interesting. Graphics is awesome. The huge minus is energy. As I understood creators wanted to earn more money for energy which players should purchase, because if you want to earn a free energy you need to wait 2 days. Also why after one task I am out of energy? It is so inconvenient, I hope you fix it.

Energy automatically regenerates over time. There are also additional opportunities for obtaining free energy:
1. Completing achievements and linking your account to Facebook;
2. Replenishment of energy through viewing advertisements. This option depends on your region and platform. If you do not have this function now, it may appear in the future;
3. Contests in social networks in which we play energy (1,000 - 5,000 energy)! (https://www.facebook.com/crimeinthealps)

Technical issues with the new chapter
I left the location, where shooting just ended, and I stumbled upon a problem, when walking around Zurich, trying to find hidden items. Apparently, if you enter the hospital room, a cutscene would be triggered (which was already shown, even before the shooting), and an error occurs. You can’t do anything about that, if you try closing and opening the app, the menu will work, but the error in the chapter will still be there (because that’s the last location you were in). I don’t want to replay previous chapters just to waste time and energy. I hope you can resolve this issue. Thank you

Game does not open after the update
The latest update which added new currencies in the game and a new "office design" feature completely broke the app for me - it does not open due to an "internal error." When I was able to launch it once after the updates were installed, I noticed that some previous ways of earning more energy (achievements and collectibles) were changed to useless currencies that did not aid the gameplay and added empty features instead. I was interested in the story and enjoyed the graphics but now the game is unbalanced and simply unplayable.
