I want to cancel my purchase of a weekly subscription for 3450 tenge in your application.

You removed money from my card 3 time

Reason: I couldn’t find out who sent me the anonymous message, I only saw the city and phone model. I was hoping to see nickname-Name from Instagram, but I didn’t get what I wanted. I am not satisfied that your subscription does not say that the sender will not be shown, I believe that my consumer rights have been violated. I ask you to cancel your subscription and refund me the full price for it since I did not use it.

It offers buy subscription and it will show you who is writing you anonymously. However, when I had bought their subscription, there was no information back (as it was offered) about anonymous people who are writing you. So, I paid for nothing! Do not use this.
