OutSmart is the digital generic solution for replacing the paper work order, for companies who wants to start with setting up a more efficient field service. On the work order you register your hours and articles. You can add photos of your work (for example before and after) and your customer will sign a digital signature below. Directly on the smartphone or tablet. We will ensure that the receipt is sent to your client as a PDF. Simple and effective.

OutSmart is field agent management software that will help you to monitor your agents, plan orders, check for daily reports, open order and see if the service has been completed, track your agents in the map or create checklist before the service is done.

OutSmart is fully cloud-based and can be easily integrated with any accounting or ERP software.

How does it work?
The app is divided into 2 menu items: Work order overview and App Settings. Via the Work order overview tab you can start immediately to create a work order manually. You fill in the details and complete the order for the hours and materials. You can also optionally add photos of the work done at the customer. You can have the customer sign off the order directly and the work order is sent digitally to, for example, the office staff and the customer. On the dashboard, the field employee immediately sees his day and week planning which are scheduled from the web account in the office. So you never miss an appointment again. Through Relationships tab you can view all your relations and the history of the previous visits. At the Overview tab, we save all work orders that have been created locally. This way you can easily look back on what was done at the customer last time. Under the Settings tab you can manage your own company data and the data of the employees.

Do you want to get the most out of the application? Go to our website for a company account and immediately link one or more apps. Enter your company details here and add the company logo. You can also add all contacts and materials. When the device makes contact with our servers, the data is immediately synchronized. Of course it is also possible to completely prepare work orders for the web account and send day or week plans to the tablet or smartphone. All work orders are collected on your company account. A pdf can be made of each work order with your logo on it.

The Track & Trace functionality runs in the background. Please note: continuous use of GPS running in the background can have a dramatic effect on the battery life.

New Features:


OSI-1738 Forms: Attach a resource instead of an object to a form.
Instead of an object you can now select a resource to be attached to a form as well.

OSI-1751 Adhoc Map: Show Work Order Phone number. Allowing user to call the customer before claiming the work order.
We now show the customer phone/mobile number in adhoc work orders on the map view. It allows the user to call the customer before claiming the work order.

OSI-1785 Adhoc Map: Allow user to preview the order.
You can now preview adhoc work orders before accepting them. Allowing you to call the customer and read all descriptions, materials, objects and so on.

OSI-1755 Work Periods: Calender view Singular day selection/ Multi day selection switch.
A single/multi day slider has been added to the month calendar when creating a new work period. By default it is set to single day selection. Set the slider to multi day to add days to the work period creation.

OSI-1782 Job Details: Allow user to clear work order status.
You can now empty your work order status.

OSI-1802 Client information: Navigate to Geolocation.
When there is a difference in the geolocation and the address of the customer we will show a minimap with the 2 locations. The user can select where he wants to navigate towards.

OSI-1813 Clients: Allow user to make relations favourite through long press.
Long pressing on a client allows you to set it as favourite. From that moment always showing in the top of the list.

OSI-1814 Settings: Add billable / visible icons for hours to work period labels.
We added new labels to work periods in the settings page.

Bug Fixes
OSI-1737 Forms: Camera does not follow the cursor in wide table cells while typing.
Due to the camera not correctly following the cursor the user could not read what he was typing. We now follow the cursor.

OSI-1808 Work Periods: Cancelling work period entry still creates a new work period.
Cancelling a work period creation while the user is in the more details tab created a work period instead of cancelling it. The work period only became visible after synchronizing the work order. This has been resolved.

OSI-1636 Overview: Update priority label when the priority is updated in the app.
Priority change set in the app was not displayed on the overview of the app.

OSI-1729 Overview: Long priority names cause the work order size to become too long.
Long Priority names did not scale correctly in the overview. This has been resolved.

OSI-1749 Objects: Maintenance date of an object on a completed work order can still be updated.
We have blocked the option to update the maintenance date of an object on a completed work order.

OSI-1807 Login: Cannot login after cancelling the "already connected" warning.
If you choose cancel instead of confirm you were not allowed to press the login button again. The user was then required to force restart the app to login.

OSI-1825 Schedule: Adding colleagues adds them multiple times.
Adding and removing colleagues slowed down the app. This was caused by an API change in BO update 3.1. This has been fixed.
