I forgot to cancel the subscription before the free trial ended and I was charged. immediately i submitted a refund request
But I only used app one time to create a document, but it didn’t have the feature I needed. that’s why after that, I didn’t use the app at all.
My intention was to test the app during the trial period to see if it met my needs and it didn’t .but due to unforeseen circumstances, I forgot to cancel the subscription on time, which led to the charge.The main reason i want a refund is because the app didn’t provide the functionality I was looking for, and as a result, I didn’t gain any benefit from the subscription.
