Please could you fix the bug?
So the bug started from today, umm like I was playing the Roblox today in morning and it worked well but then suddenly the items went missing in m avatar you can say that my avatar was extremely blank there was nothing I couldn’t equip any of my clothes nor accessories. I didn’t even do anything I just joined the game role play and it kicked me out and then all items were lost. Idk why?! However I tried to restart the app even I deleted it then reinstalled again and again I even tried to switch off my iPad and reopen it again but it still haven’t worked yet. So I hope you could understand me and other people who are having this bug problems.

Developers of Roblox, I have a question to you..
I lost my account “arualya3” after changing it . It said , your password isn’t safe please change it, then it told me about some unknown activity on my account. After 1 year I still can’t return it.
And even though, I, as I remember registered my email . You can enter my account and see that there was email “verifying”. Maybe I did it wrong or it was a bug but still, I need your help or just answer. Just anything please.
Now I’m playing from account “arualya03” and I was writing in help to ask you, you didn’t help me, and as I now I’m not only one who lost their accounts and can’t return, I think that you should change methods to prove if it’s mine account or not.
