Who can I contact to have your company design an outer case for my hearing aid charger?
Worst redesign ever
Why did you do this stupid redesign? Have you tries to use it yourself? Have you tested it on people 60+? I think you didn’t even get to do it, because it is impossible to adjust sound volume! It is even difficult for me, a 25 years old person. Not everyone has fancy 14 Pro IPhone, especially older people with hearing problems. You even don’t know your target audience. Bring back the old design and fire your designer for god’s sake!
