Next candidate to withdraw all my funds
Not worth to pay 2000 kzt of the service fee, no more free entrance to lounges unless you spend 300k kzt for a previous month. Exchange fees used to be a competitive but not anymore. Bonus system is scarce. Why bother with this bank?
They blocked my card for no reason!
This bank blocked my card while I was in another country. I’ve been waiting for the unlocking for a week now, but their support only writes me standard replies in the style of “we are working on resolving your issue, but we won’t tell you the exact timing or the reason for blocking the card” (although I just updated the application, after which the card was blocked after a couple of hours).
A year and a half ago I had a similar situation when they blocked my card after making several reservations on the Booking Com website.
In general, I do not recommend using this bank unless you want to be left without money in another country. It is completely normal for them to block your card without explaining the reason and the exact time frame for unblocking. The only thing you will hear from them is that “we are very sorry and we sincerely apologize, but we will not unblock your card and accounts for the safety of your money.” Why such a bank that cannot be used normally!

Doubt it could be worse
I’ve tried to open a free digital card to test it deals, instead it open the most expensive card for me and there is no source in app where I can now read all rules for using.
There is no feature to close a virtual card online, I have to search for a bank where I can actually close the card now, because of NOT every bank’s points can close the card. I’ve known that only after visiting one of them yesterday and after waiting for a half an hour.
