The app has to be called “stupid” and with the same word I’ll define the developer of this app, even to sign up there it’s a huge problem for client, log in procedure as stupid as it possible, only thing I can say to IT department of the mall - your developers stupid bolds who are eating your budget

It’s more stupid than smart
The app is working too slow when you are trying to pay for parking through it. 2 of 3 times you couldn’t to pay by your bonuses and will stay right in front of an exit trying to do something with your payment and finally you will return to a terminal to pay physically. And don’t forget to read their privacy agreement, which is not on your side at all.
