Could you add Almaty or Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan’s cities)
Hello, i have been playing subway surf since 2013. My childhood dream was to play SS in my country because playing in different counties is something that makes this game unique and more attractive. I really want you to add my country (Kazakhstan) to this game. Moreover, i expected you to add Nur-Sultan during EXPO 2017, and unfortunately, my dream was not come true. If you add Kazakhstan, we will be forever great-full🙏🏻
Guys, please get rid of the unnecessary buttons and switches
I’m section “me” where i chose character to play with, I expect to see bunch collection of my characters that are beautifully organised. Hate to say that but the search function, order placement and function of hiding the menu are awful and quite unnecessary. You already ruined my most favourite game of all time that i’ve been playing since i got iPad in 2012 where i first downloaded it. So I kindly ask you to hear me out please and keep the game as simple as possible like it was before

Problems with ads
I am playing since my childhood, i love this game but recently I noticed how the game gets stuck and freeze while watching some ads to gain keys (daily awards) I do not face problems with other games but here in the consequence of freezing the game after watching and ad, I have lost a record of almost 4,000,000 and plenty of boxes that I have collected, I was very dissatisfied and disappointed… I hope you will fix this problem.
