Я полльзовался приложение с казахстана. очень ограчен приложение пустое. после оформление не можете изменить адрес, не можете отменить заказ. для такого вида услуги очень сырой продукт. I feel disappointed about customer service. Today I ordered a taxi, I was outside waiting for him at the start location. He didn’t come, but in Uber I saw notification that he is here. Support service wrote me that this is second time in my Uber experience when I cancelling a trip and that this time they would not refund it. On May, 18 I didn’t see that I chose to pay by card and I paid a driver Ismailov Daniyar Aldashevich red opel astra 570AOL13 by transferring money and when I left a car the money were taken from my card.I immediately sent the message to support and they told that they are calling to a driver and then disappeared.I sent the receipts that I transferred money but the support didn’t do anything and kept telling that they couldn’t reach a driver. In result money got to the Asia taxi. Uber support told me to call there. I called them and they still didn’t send me money back. Every time I call them I should pay from my mobile.The driver is a bad person I sent him request to give me money back but he didn’t do it.Disappointed by your support team and your drivers. I hope we will have another taxi app with honest people working for it.

First of all, I have faced really stressful experience using this app now. When I ordered a taxi to my girlfriend, they asked me the number of my girlfriend, I chose from my contacts, then, I thought, when the taxi was found, my girlfriend would know, may be they would send her SMS or the taxi driver would call her giving her tip to be ready. Me, I was doing my things, being 100% confident, that they would call, but, at the end, the driver started the ride, without giving any call, or service hadn’t given any sms notification. Really bad experience from Uber, and that is not the first one. For sure, I will delete this app, and do not recommend any of you to download it
