My little sister, who is weak-minded (she’s suffering from Alzgeimer disease), used my phone without my permission. Evidently, she downloaded your application and bought the subscription in order to access the internet. I saw it today when i received the bill by message- minus 9 490 KZT from my card. The annual subscription was bought by my sick sister, and i didn’t know about it. Please help me to return my money, because each cent is very important for our family, and it is a big loose for us.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you, and hope you will help us to return our money. Please do not disregard my letter..

приложение не работает, деньги списали, написала в поддержку, прошло уже 2 месяца ни слуху, ни духу. не рекомендую. Дорого и ещё не работает половина локаций.
If i can give minus 1 mln star i’ll do. this company will take your money and time. it department is so poor that can’t fix an issue about a year. The customer department is too poor that can’t reply you about 2 month. and when you connect them just say, or we can’t find your email. And you plan to share your personal date with such company? think twice. if they have to system to fix troubleshoot about the year, if the cumtomer letter just disappear , what doe you think can happen with you personal data? you should be a gineous to understand that deal with this company is harmful for you.
And also see the comments every is o our stolen money. and non working connection.
