Fast - At 1-2 minutes per asset, one person can catalogue a 200K sq. ft. office building in under 3 hours. Your catalogue will include pictures, model, serial number, and current condition for every single piece of equipment on site.
Easy - Designed by maintenance professionals to simplify data entry in the field using the keyboard, voice to text, or Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
Accurate - OCR enables personnel to enter long model and serial numbers quickly and accurately. We follow ASHRAE and UNIFORMAT guidelines for data collection, store that data in the cloud, and use auto-syncing to ensure cohesion for distributed teams.
