Very bad service in Kazakhstan
Do you know that your scooters are disturbing people in our cities because people who rent your scooters leave it everywhere without any discipline, your scooters are in the way of people passage 👎, we hate you!

Scooters can only be parked in parking lots. We are taking action against violators. Write where the scooters are obstructing the passage to feedback@whoosh.bike. We will definitely fix everything

Weak application, 2 times deducted money from my bank account and they still didn’t return deposit :(
Moreover, customer support team reply with 1 day delay, which is also not acceptable.
