Wolt delivered my love to other people!

I am so happy, cause wolt helped me to deliver treats to my closest friends in another country. I couldn’t be with them in really important day and I am glad that I could send my love to Finland and Germany from Kazakhstan. Thanks for wolt crew, especially Vilma from FI, for max patience and help❤️

Disappointing customer service

I have placed an order consisting of 3 items. For some reason after submitting only two of those items were included in the final order. I contacted the support team about this issue and they recommended me to place another order asap to make it a single delivery. I followed these instructions and placed another order for missing item. Few moments later I received a notification stating that second order was canceled. I contacted the support team again and after some investigation they told me that restaurant was missing ingredients for my meal. I asked to cancel both orders in that case, because the main meal was missing. But support team refused to cancel and simply referred me to a user agreement which states I agreed to all that. Moreover, support specialist was also quite rude.
Eventually I refused to accept this order even though I was fully charged for it.

I ended up being extremely disappointed in Wolt’s service and attitude towards clients

Horrendous delivery times

Absolutely atrocious delivery time indication in the last few months. App ‘forecasts’ a certain delivery time upon the order placement and postpones it 3 to 4 times after. So the actual delivery stretches from 1 hour to 2-2.5 hours. A classic example of overpromise and underdeliver.
Support only apologizes and refers to a ‘dynamic algorithm’ which calculates the time. Even though the system should pretty clearly know that there is a shortage of couriers and display a bigger delivery timeframe. The app misleads the user to sell a service and delivers a subpar experience at the end.
Would not recommend using to anyone in its current state.
