Wolt degradation

In past it was good service with responsible support but now they replace live people for question-answer patterns but without solutions of problems, so my courier lost my order by support doesn’t exists I think, bot give me some questions and that was all, it’s sad but service quality falling down. So I lost my order, I lost my money, and I’m very disappointed

Disappointing customer service

I have placed an order consisting of 3 items. For some reason after submitting only two of those items were included in the final order. I contacted the support team about this issue and they recommended me to place another order asap to make it a single delivery. I followed these instructions and placed another order for missing item. Few moments later I received a notification stating that second order was canceled. I contacted the support team again and after some investigation they told me that restaurant was missing ingredients for my meal. I asked to cancel both orders in that case, because the main meal was missing. But support team refused to cancel and simply referred me to a user agreement which states I agreed to all that. Moreover, support specialist was also quite rude.
Eventually I refused to accept this order even though I was fully charged for it.

I ended up being extremely disappointed in Wolt’s service and attitude towards clients

They always contact with the management of the restaurants, to put every position to stop, when the position is unavailable, so we will prevent our customers from happening it again. Wolt, pay my money back!

There is no food I payed for, and they haven't returned the money either. They keep referring me to the user agreement, even though their app doesn't work where it's needed. I selected the delivery address using the "my current location" feature, but somehow it chose a different place. It turned out that delivery is not available to my address, but the app didn't miss the chance to accept another order, finding my address (no error screen, notification, or list of uncovered areas). You understand that a lot depends on users in your business, right? How do you work with them and solve their problems? So they come back to you again? :) But then the support says, "Oh, if only you had contacted us, we would have set the correct marker because our app glitches sometimes." And they still haven't refunded my money.
